| Abstract: | V práci je zhodnocen vývoj právního systému a působnost správních orgánů v období okupace Československa v letech 1939 až 1945. Tato práce se zaměřuje zejména na protektorátní správu, postavení ústředních orgánů, orgánů moci výkonné a právní postavení obyvatelstva v závislosti na působnost orgánů dvojího druhu, a to orgánů říšských a autonomních. V závěru je práce zaměřena na problematiku kontinuity právního systému s důrazem na legitimitu zákonodárné iniciativy exilové vlády. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis reviews development of the legal system and the application of administrative authorities during German occupation of Czechoslovakia from 1939 to 1945. The dissertation focuses especially on the protectorate administration, character of the supervisory and executive power authorities, and citizens´ legal status influenced by double acting administrative apparatus, the Reich and autonomous authorities. The conclusion is dedicated to the issue of legal system continuity emphasising the legitimacy of government-in-exile and its initiation of bills. |
