| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na historický vývoj školství, reformy školských soustav a související legislativní úpravy této oblasti v období 1848 - 1948. Další část je věnována právnímu postavení učitelů se zaměřením na hmotné zabezpečení, společenské postavení a vzdělávání V závěru práce je zhodnoceno právní postavení školské správy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work focuses on the historical development of education reform, school systems and the related legislative provisions in this area during the period 1848 - 1948. Another part is devoted to the legal status of teachers , focusing on physical security , social status and education at the end is evaluated work status for education. |
