| Abstract: | Diplomová práce obsahuje základní charakteristiku činnosti lisu s přímým a nepřímým pohonem. Popis výhod a nevýhod daných typu pohonů. Základní typy konstrukčních řešení přímého pohonu lisu. Rozbor vhodnosti použití různých typů elektrických motorů. Problémy spojené se spouštěním velkých motorů do elektrické sítě. Po shrnutí nejvýhodnější varianty motoru pro přímý pohon následuje postupný konstrukční návrh dílčích částí lisu. Mezi tyto části patří návrh vřetena a převodovky. Následuje sestavení dynamiky rozběhu a doběhu vřetena lisu. V závěru práce byl vytvořen 3D model lisu pro ověření tuhosti a pevnosti navržené varianty. Práce zkoumá možnost použití přímého pohonu vřetenového lisu se všemi výhodami i nevýhodami. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis contains the basic characteristics of the spindle press with direct and indirect drive. Description of the advantages and disadvantages of the type of drives. Basic types of designs direct drive of the spindle press. Analysis of the suitability of various types of electric motors suitable for spindle press. The problems associated with starting large motors to the power circuit. Summarizing the best option for direct drive. The best direct drive is designed into the spindle press frame. The thesis contains part where are designed the main structures of the spindle press ? gearbox, frame and drive unit. Following the assembly dynamics of spindle start and stop the press. Conclusion of thesis is 3D model of the press to check the stiffness and strength of the proposed options. The work explores the possibility of using direct-drive spindle of the press with all the advantages and disadvantages. |
