| Abstract: | Cílem práce je upozornit na Schopenhauerovy myšlenky, které mohou být interpretovány nikoliv v negativním smyslu; tato práce se v nich pokouší nalézt pozitivní aspekty. Vedle toho polemizuje s obecně přijímaným názorem, že pesimismus je myšlením, které vede k rezignaci a odevzdanosti. Namísto takového chápání toto pojednání chce poukázat na pozitivní aspekty pesimistické filosofie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The objective of this work is to point out Schopenhauer´s ideas which could be interpreted in a way which allows to consider them not in a strict pessimistic meaning; in fact, to find out whether some of them contain any positive aspects. Besides that, this work also dispute the common perception that pessimism must somehow necessarily issue in behaviors of resignation and withdrawal. Instead of that the work emphasizes positive aspects of the pessimistic philosophy. |
