| Abstract: | Sonografický obraz většinou obsahuje artefakty, které často ztěžují jeho diagnostickou výtěžnost. Ať se jedná o zeslabení signálu, který znemožňuje vidět část obrazu, a/nebo o útvar napodobující nějakou strukturu nebo patologii, bývají artefakty většinou hodnoceny jako něco nežádoucího. Některé z nich však mohou diagnostickou výtěžnost obrazu naopak zvýšit. Moderní sonografické přístroje mají tendence artefakty potlačovat, a tak je užitečné u každého přístroje nastudovat, jak toto potlačení snížit nebo vypnout. |
| Abstract in different language: | The sonographic image usually contains artefacts that often hinder its diagnostic yield. Whether it is a signal attenuation that makes it impossible to see part of the image and/or a formation mimicking a structure or pathology, artefacts are usually assessed as undesirable. However, some of them may increase the diagnostic yield of the image. Modern sonographic instruments tend to suppress artifacts, so it is useful to study how to reduce or turn off this suppression for each instrument. |
