| Abstract: | Antibiotika byla objevena za účelem léčby bakteriálních infekcí. Dodnes je jejich vynález považován za velký úspěch medicíny, ale jejich negativní účinky se začínají značně projevovat antibiotickou rezistencí. Vznik antibiotické rezistence sílí a s ní také počet málo citlivých bakterií na antibiotika. Bakterie si vytvářejí mechanismy, které se brání účinku před antibiotiky. Touto problematikou se zabývám ve své bakalářské práci, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé antibiotické rezistence u vybraných antibiotik. Dále je shrnuta diagnostika citlivosti antibiotik, které se věnuji v teoretické i praktické části. V praktické části jsou mimo jiné zahrnuta statistická data a diagnostická rozdílnost jednotlivých fenotypů u streptokoků, která vykazují určitý stupeň rezistence k erytromycinu nebo klindamycinu. |
| Abstract in different language: | Antibiotics have been discovered to treat bacterial infections. To this day, their invention is considered like a great success of medicine. But their side effects are beginning to manifest themselves significantly in antibiotic resistance. The development of antibiotic resistance is increasing and with it the number of bacteria that are less sensitive to antibiotics. Bacteria develop mechanisms that resist action from antibiotics. I am dealing with this issue in my bachelor thesis where the individual antibiotic resistance of selected antibiotics are described. Further I described diagnostics of antibiotic susceptibility, which I deal with in the theoretical and the practical part. The practical part includes among other things statistical file and diagnostic differences of individual phenotypes in streptococci which show certain type of resistance to erythromycin or clindamycin. |
