| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Průmyslu 4.0 a zhodnocením připravenosti podniků na průmysl 4.0 pomocí modelů zralosti. Práce obsahuje dvě části, teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán koncept průmyslu 4.0 a jeho prvky. Dále zdůvodnění proč je důležité se zabývat na hodnocení připravenosti. Závěrem teoretické části je zpracovaná rešerše na modely zralosti včetně popisu a porovnání modelů zralosti. Praktickou část představuje uvedení společnosti IT bohemia s.r.o, výchozí stav společnosti a zhodnocení společnosti na základě vybraných dvou modelů zralosti. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení použitých modelů zralosti, kde jsou popsány jejich výhody a nevýhody. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with Industry 4.0 and assessing the readiness of companies for Industry 4.0 using maturity models. The thesis contains two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the concept of Industry 4.0 and its elements. Furthermore, a justification of why it is important deal with readiness assessment . The conclusion of the theoretical part is maturity models research, including a description and comparison of models of maturity. The practical part contains an introduction of the company IT bohemia s.r.o, the default state of the company, and the evaluation of the company based on the selected two maturity models. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the maturity models used, describing their advantages and disadvantages. |
