| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u nemocných s roztroušenou sklerózou. Tato práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části tato práce popisuje anatomii nervové soustavy, roztroušenou sklerózu, její diagnostiku a následnou léčbu. Dále popisuje ošetřovatelský proces a edukaci sestrou. V praktické části je zvolen kvalitativní výzkum. Pomocí dvou rozhovorů, lékařské a sesterské dokumentace a hodnotících škál, jsou vypracovány kazuistiky a následně ošetřovatelský proces. Jako výstup z práce je vytvořen plán ošetřovatelské péče a leták o únavě. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the nursing process in patients with multiple sclerosis. The thesis contains theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the anatomy of the nervous system, multiple sclerosis, its diagnosis and subsequent treatment. It also describes the nursing process and nurse education. In the practical part, qualitative research is chosen. Using two interviews, medical and nursing records and rating scales, case studies and then the nursing process are developed. A nursing care plan and a leaflet on fatigue are developed as an output of the thesis. |
