| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce mapuje úroveň zdravotní gramotnosti studentů Západočeské univerzity v Plzni v oblasti kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. Teoretická část práce se věnuje charakteristice a rizikovým faktorům kardiovaskulárních onemocnění, vymezuje pojem zdravotní gramotnost, její význam a koncepční modely zdravotní gramotnosti. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována strategii zdraví. Cílem empirické části práce bylo zjistit, jaká je úroveň zdravotní gramotnosti studentů ZČU v oblasti kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. Dílčí cíle práce se zabývají zdravotní gramotností v oblasti kardiovaskulárních onemocnění studentů Fakulty zdravotnických studií ZČU, dále studentů technických a humanitních zaměření ZČU a ve finále dát tyto výsledky do souvislosti s genetickou zátěží studentů. Zdravotní gramotnost v oblasti kardiovaskulárních onemocnění studentů Fakulty zdravotnických studií ZČU je vyšší než u ostatních studentů ZČU. Humanitní či technické zaměření studia nemá vliv na zdravotní gramotnost v oblasti kardiovaskulárních onemocnění, avšak s pozitivní genetickou zátěží tato úroveň stoupá. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the level of health literacy among students of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in the field of cardiovascular diseases. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the cardiovascular diseases' characteristics and risk factors, defines the concept of health literacy, its meaning and describes the conceptual models of health literacy. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to health strategy. The empirical part aimed to find out the level of health literacy among students of the University of West Bohemia in the field of cardiovascular diseases. The partial goals of the thesis deal with health literacy in the area of cardiovascular diseases of students of the Faculty of Health Care Studies, students of technical and humanities and eventually put these results in connection with the genetic load of students. Health literacy in the field of cardiovascular diseases among students of the Faculty of Health Care Studies is higher than it is among other students of the University of West Bohemia. The difference between humanistic and technical education does not affect health literacy in the field of cardiovascular diseases, but it increases with a genetic load. |
