| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pacienty se zavedenou dočasnou kardiostimulací. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Jednotlivé kapitoly teoretické části jsou věnovány anatomii srdce, poruchám srdečního rytmu, kardiostimulaci, ošetřovatelské péči a edukaci pacienta. Praktická část se věnovala pacientům, kteří mají po výkonu velmi sníženou soběstačnost, a proto je potřeba zajistit jejich bezpečnost, tedy prevenci pádu a snížení rizika infekce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on patients with temporary pacemaker. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The individual chapters of the theoretical part are devoted to the anatomy of the heart, heart rhythm disorders, cardiostimulation, nursing care and patient education. The practical part was devoted to patients who have very reduced self-sufficiency after the procedure, and therefore it is necessary to ensure their safety, which means to prevent falls and reduce the risk of infection. |
