| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na implementaci metody SMED pro zlepšení průběhu přestaveb, a to zejména z hlediska časové úspory a zvýšení výrobní kapacity. První část je věnována získání důležitých teoretických poznatků, filozofii štíhlého podniku a metodě SMED. Druhá část začíná analýzou současného stavu přestaveb stáčecí výrobní linky s cílem navrhnout zlepšení přestavby jednotlivých pracovišť a také organizace přestaveb v rámci celé výrobní linky, včetně návaznosti pracovišť. Po analýze následuje redukce časů jednotlivých činností a zlepšení návazností přestaveb pro získání rychlejšího náběhu výroby. Závěrem práce je návrh standardizovaného postupu přestaveb a organizace práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of the SMED method to improve the process of changeover, especially in terms of time savings and increased production capacity. The first part is devoted to obtaining important theoretical knowledge, the lean philosophy and the SMED method. The second part starts with an analysis of the current state of changeover of the bottling production line in order to propose improvements in the changeover of individual workplaces and also the organization of the changeover within the whole production line, including the continuity of workplaces. The analysis is followed by the reduction of individual activity times and the improvement of changeover continuity to obtain a faster production start. The thesis concludes with a proposal for a standardized changeover procedure and work organization. |
