dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu využití kapacity výrobní jednotky. Teoretická část je věnována rešerši o využití kapacity, analýze práce a některým z metod průmyslového inženýrství. Praktická část se věnuje analýze současného stavu. V reakci na zjištěné ztráty a další nedostatky z analýzy jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení, které mohou vést ke zvýšení využití kapacity výrobní jednotky. V závěru práce je uvedené zhodnocení navržených opatření.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of the capacity utilization of the production unit. The theoretical part is devoted to the research of capacity utilization, work analysis and some of the methods of industrial engineering. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the current situation. In response to the identified losses and other shortcomings of the analysis, suggestions for improvements are made, which may lead to an increase in the capacity utilization of the production unit. Proposed measures are evaluated at the end of the thesis.en
