dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá využíváním Bazální stimulace v ergoterapii, u pacientů s traumatickým poranění mozku a mapuje její bariéry a facilitátory. Analyzuje výhody i nevýhody v použití z odpovědí respondentů v dotazníku. Úkolem práce je zjistit využívanost metody a odbornou proškolenost ergoterapeutů na ergoterapeutických pracovištích. Zároveň se bude zajímat o to, zda ergoterapeuté využívají k hodnocení efektivity Bazální stimulace, u pediatrických pacientů a dospělých jedinců, hodnotící škály a jestli je nějaká z nich určena přímo pro BS. V teoretické části je představen pojem ergoterapie a její funkce a přístupy rozdílné u dětí a dospělých, dále je vysvětleno dělení traumatických poranění mozku, na které navazuje popis samotné Bazální stimulace, jejích přístupů a jednotlivých prvků. Zaměřuje se také na přiblížení jejího využití u pacientů různého věku a její efektivitu. Část výzkumná popisuje výsledky dotazníkové šetření z ČR a zahraničí, ve kterém zjišťuje, zda ergoterapeuté, kteří metodu využívají prošli odborným kurzem a zda mají k dispozici hodnotící škálu ke zjištění efektivity Bazální stimulace. Dále se zabývá tím, jaké bariéry ergoterapeutům znemožňují metodu použít a zda se u dětí využívá více než u dospělých pacientů. V závěru práce se autor vyjádří ke zvoleným výzkumným otázkám zkonfrontuje je s výsledky a následně obhájí cíl práce.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the use of Basal stimulation in occupational therapy in patients with traumatic brain injury and maps its barriers and facilitators. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its usage from the answers of respondents in the questionnaire. The aim of this thesis is to find out the applicability of the method and the professional training of occupational therapists at occupational therapy workplaces. At the same time, it will examine if occupational therapists use rating scales to evaluate the effectiveness of Basal stimulation, in pediatric patients and adults, and whether any of these scales are designed specifically for BS. The theoretical part introduces the concept of occupational therapy and its functions and different approaches in children and adults, explains the division of traumatic brain injuries, which is followed by a description of the Basal stimulation itself, its approaches and individual elements. It also focuses on introducing its use in patients of different ages and its effectiveness. The research part describes the results of a questionnaire survey from the Czech Republic and abroad, in which it finds out whether occupational therapists who use the method have undergone a professional course and whether they have an evaluation scale to determine the effectiveness of Basal stimulation. It also aims to identifywhat barriers prevent the occupational therapist from using the method and whether it is used more in children than in adult patients. At the end of the work, the author comments on the selected research questions, confronts them with the results and then defends the aim of the work.en
