| Abstract: | Práce popisuje kapitálové společnosti, jejich druhy, pojem správce vkladu, jeho právní úpravu, rozsah splacení vkladu, jednotlivé druhy vkladů, předmět vkladu a jeho využitelnost. Práce porovnává kapitálové společnosti s novou právní úpravou a to zákonem o obchodních korporacích. Dále práce popisuje funkci základního kapitálu a jeho definici. |

Graduation work compares the stock companies with the new legislation, the law on business corporations. The graduation work also includes functions of stock capital and its definition. |
