| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konkurenční doložkou a jejími problematickými aspekty ve srovnání s právní úpravou alespoň dvou států. Je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola je úvod, dále následuje historický vývoj konkurenční doložky, pokračuje současnou úpravou ve srovnání s navrhovanou úpravou, srovnáním se zahraniční úpravou, úvahou de lege ferenda a na konci práce je závěr po kterém následuje cizojazyčné resumé. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the competition clause and its problematic aspects in comparison with the legislation at least two states. It is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, followed by the historical development of non-competition clause, it continues the current treatment compared with the proposed treatment, comparison with international rules, consideration de lege ferenda and at the end, the conclusion followed by foreign language abstract. |
