| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapovat dimenze ženského bezdomovectví, ale především pochopit viktimizující aspekty života na ulici, násilí a trauma, které jsou pro ženské bezdomovectví typické. V práci rovněž stručně shrnu okolnosti ztráty bydlení, subsistenční strategie participantek a strategie jejich přespávání. V práci budu vycházet z feministických náhledů na genderovou problematiku, z antropologických teorií násilí, z výzkumů násilí v životě lidí bez domova a z výzkumů zaměřujících se na roli traumatu a stigmatu v životech žen bez domova. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the factors leading to the loss of home of women and with which phenomena accompnany women's lives on the streets and what experiences are associated with their exclusion. Narrative and semi-structured interviews are used in the research, also photographs, notes and reflections from participatory observation in the field. I recruited research participants during Sunday's sharing of food from Food not bombs, by the snowball method and also with the help of contacts from a Pilsen institution helping homeless people. The findings are connected to issues typical for women homelessness, such as gender-based violence, problematic family relationships, deservedness (meritocracy), inadequate and dysfunctional facilities and services for homeless women, which they resist by sleeping with acquaintances rather than visiting them (so-called "hidden homelessness"), single lparenting, compound trauma. The work uses intersectional analysis of women's experience with homelessness in the context of patriarchal and capitalist structures of oppression (exclusion from housing, labor market, health care, public space, social life and traditional kinship relationships). |
