| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma Význam kolektivních smluv v pracovněprávních vztazích, obsah, uzavírání pojednává o specifické formě sociálního dialogu- kolektivním vyjednávání, které je v právní úpravě zuženo na uzavírání kolektivních smluv. Práce se zabývá procesem uzavírání těchto smluv, jejich obsahem, jakož i subjekty těchto smluv. Protože kolektivní vyjednávání není vždy bezproblémovou komunikací sociálních partnerů, přibližuje tato práce i kolektivní spory a jejich řešení |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis on the importance of collective bargaining in labor relations, content, closing deals with the specific form of social dialogue, collective bargaining, which is in the legislation narrowed to conclude collective agreements. The work deals with the process of concluding such contracts, their content, as well as the bodies of those contracts. Because collective bargaining is not always seamless communications of the social partners, closer to the work and collective disputes and their resolution. |
