| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá zmapováním vybraných fyzioterapeutických pracovišť lázeňských zařízení ČR. Teoretická část je založena na obecných informacích ohledně komplexní lázeňské léčby, která zahrnuje jak samotnou balneoterapii, tak fyzikální terapii, dietoterapii, edukaci a v neposlední řadě fyzioterapii. Praktická část se poté již zaměřuje na vybraná pracoviště, mezi která patří: Hotel Belvedere - Františkovy Lázně, Dětská léčebna Vesna - Janské Lázně, Centrální Lázně Ensana - Mariánské Lázně a Hotel Savoy Westend - Karlovy Vary. Zařízení byla volena na základě jejich různorodosti. Sběr dat byl uskutečněn pomocí dotazníku a rozhovoru s jednotlivými zástupci fyzioterapeutických pracovišť. Ty přinesly informace ohledně organizace pracovišť, jejich personálního a technického zajištění a dále ohledně indikací léčby pro jednotlivá zařízení. Rozhovory také hodnotily aspekty, které by se daly v provozu jednotlivých pracovišť zlepšit. Jednalo se obecně o málo času na pacienta a místy neefektivní komunikace mezi fyzioterapeutem a lékařem. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis aims to provide a description of selected physiotherapeutic depart-ments, functioning within the spa resorts in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of-fers general information regarding the complex spa treatment, involving not only balneo-therapy, but also physical therapy, dietotherapy and education, along with physiotherapy. Consequently, the practical part deals with the selected workplaces, including: The Bel-veder Hotel in Františkovy Lázně, Children's Health Institute "Vesna" in Janské Lázně, The Central Spa "Ensana" in Mariánské Lázně and the Savoy Westend Hotel in Karlovy Vary. The Institutions were selected based on their variety. The data collection was con-ducted using a survey and carrying out an interview with the representatives of the indi-vidual physiotherapeutic departments. The interviews provided information regarding the organisation of the workplaces, their personal and technical tools/equipment/means and further regarding the treatment indications for the individual institutions. Additionally, the interviews evaluated the aspects which might improve the performance of the indi-vidual institutions. Generally, such aspects involved the lack of time for a patient and partially the rather ineffective way of communication between the physiotherapist and the doctor. |
