| Abstract: | Úkolem této bakalářské práce bylo popsat různé druhy ionizačního záření, působení jednotlivých druhů na polovodiče, způsob ovlivnění funkce polovodičových součástek a na závěr porovnání již existujících součástek se zvýšenou odolností proti záření. |
| Abstract in different language: | The task of this bachelor thesis was to describe the different types of ionizing radiation, the influence on semiconductors, the way the radiation changes the function of semiconductor devices, and finally comparison of existing components with increased resistance to radiation. |
