| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje především organizaci veřejné správy v České republice, především organizaci státní správy v oblasti sázek a her. V diplomové práci jsou popsány subjekty a vykonavatelé státní správy v oblasti sázek a her, včetně jejich pravomocí. Práce se dále věnuje správnímu dozoru ve všech jeho fázích, včetně správního trestání v herním právu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This dissertation is primarily devoted to the organization of public administration in the Czech Republic, especially the organization of state administration in the betting and gaming. In this dissertation describes the subjects and executors of public administration of betting and games, including their competencies. Dissertation also dedicated with administrative supervision in all its phases, including the administrative punishment in the the geming law. |
