| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá vlivem eurasianismu na zahraniční politiku Ruské federace. Cílem mé práce je snaha nalézt praktické projevy eurasianismu v zahraniční politice Ruské federace a zároveň odpovědět na otázku, zda Rusko hraje roli eurasijské velmoci a postupně tak naplňuje ideje eurasianismu. Důraz bude kladen, především na období vlády prezidenta Vladimíra Putina a Dmitrije Medvěděva. Nicméně v práci bude reflektováno, i jaké místo zaujímal euroasianismus v ruské zahraniční politice v různých etapách jejího vývoje po roce 1991 až do nástupu Vladimíra Putina na post prezidenta Ruské federace. Pro zmapování dominantních proudů moderního ruského eurasijánského geopolitického myšlení budu vycházet z práce A. P. Tsygankova. Počátek výrazného vlivu eurasianismu, na reálnou zahraniční politiku Ruské federace je spojen s nástupem Jevgenije Primakova na post ministra zahraničí v roce 1996. Primakov začal prosazovat nezávislou politiku Ruska a mezinárodní spolupráci s Evropou a Asii, jako alternativu proti americké globální nadvládě. Koncepce národní bezpečnosti i zahraničněpolitická doktrína z roku 2000 a 2008 do značné míry zakotvují základní teze eurasianismu zvláště je to důraz na multipolaritu světa a národní zájmy Ruska v jeho bezprostředním okolí v eurasijském prostoru, posilování ekonomické moci se vzrůstajícím důrazem na geoekonomické prvky, pak zřetelně odkazují na ideje dvou škol neoeurasianismu tj. stabilizační a geoekonomický přístup. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals with the influence of eurasianism on foreign policy of the Russian Federation. The aim of this dissertation is to examine the practical manifestations of eurasianism in foreign policy of the Russian Federation and also to answer the question of whether Russia is playing the role of Eurasian power and gradually fills eurasianismu ideas. Emphasis will be placed, especially on the period of President Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev. However, the work will reflect on what role occupied euroasianism plays in Russian foreign policy in various stages of its development after 1991 until the rise of Vladimir Putin as president of the Russian Federation. To map the dominant currents of modern Russia's eurasian geopolitical thinking will build on the work of A. P. Tsygankova. The beginning of significant influence of eurasianism, on the real foreign policy of the Russian Federation is associated with the onset of Yevgeny Primakov to the position of foreign minister in 1996. Primakov began to pursue an independent policy and international cooperation of Russia with Europe and Asia, as an alternative to U. S. global domination. The concept of national security and foreign policy doctrine of the 2000 and 2008 largely enshrine the basic thesis that eurasianism particularly emphasises the multipolarity of the world and the national interests of Russia in the immediate vicinity of the Eurasian area, the strengthening of the economic power with increasing emphasis on the geo-economic elements, they then clearly link the ideas of two neoeurasianism schools stabilization and geo-economic approach. |
