| Abstract: | Úloha sociálního pracovníka ve speciálně pedagogických centrech není přesně definována. Kompetence a činnosti sociálního pracovníka v oblasti školství nejsou upravena legislativou. Sociální pracovník se tedy musí řídit jak Zákonem o sociálních službách, tak zákony, které upravují činnost speciálně pedagogických center. Diplomová práce se zabývá historickým vývojem školských poradenských zařízení, speciálně pedagogickými centry, jejich činností, druhy a týmem speciálně pedagogických center. Dále pak popisuje sociálního pracovníka, obecné a odborné požadavky na tuto profesi, různé role sociálního pracovníka v přístupu ke klientům a popisuje práci s klientem ve speciálně pedagogických centrech a obsahuje konkrétní popis činností sociálního pracovníka v SPC. Cílem výzkumné části bylo zjistit, jaká je struktura činností, které sociální pracovník vykonává a v jaké míře jsou tyto činnosti vykonávány. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kdy byli osloveni sociální pracovníci ze speciálně pedagogických center po celé ČR. V závěru práce byly zhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu a doporučení pro praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The role of the social worker in the special educational centers isn´t defined clearly. The competences and activities of the social worker in the department of education aren´t regulated by the legislation. The social worker have to follow by the Law on Social Services and laws governing the special educational centers. This diploma work is about the history of the school consultating institutions, the special educational centers, their activities, their types and the team of the special educational centers. It describes the social worker, general and professional requirements of this profession, the different roles of the social worker in the attitude to the clients and describes the work with the klient in the special educational centers. It contains the specific description of the activities of the social worker in the special educational centers. The aim of the research part was to find what is the structure of the activities of the social worker and what is the measure of performance of this activities. The research was realized via the survey. This survey was addressed to the social workers from the special educational centers all over the Czech Republic. In conclusion there were summarised the results of the research and provided the advice to the practice. |
