| Abstract: | The aim of this article is notify of current macro-remain analysis in the region of South Bohemia. Macro-remains analysis is another source of interpretation of archaeological infi lls and layers and it makes possible to reconstruct palaeoeconomy of settlement areas (e.g. housing, economy, burials, ritual areas. Knowledge about crop macro-remains is necessary for the reconstruction of subsistence strategy of prehistoric populations. Macro-remains of weeds could identify character of prehistoric agriculture (planting, harvesting, processing and utilization of utility plants). |
