| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce nese název Psychologické aspekty výchovy žáků na SŠ. Je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí ? teoretické a praktické. V úvodní kapitole teoretické části nejprve specifikujeme výchovu v pojetí různých pedagogů a psychologů a vymezujeme její důležité rysy. Dále se zde věnujeme některým teoriím vybraných psychologických koncepcí, jež považujeme pro výchovu za přínosné. Následující kapitola se zabývá subjekty výchovy, tedy žákem a učitelem. U žáka se zaměřujeme především na vývojové období, v němž se na SŠ nachází, u učitele pak vymezujeme důležité rysy jeho osobnosti a uvádíme typologii učitele. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje způsobu výchovy, výchovným prostředkům a metodám a jejich užívání vedoucímu k efektivní výchově. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu výchovného působení u učitelů a studentů pražského gymnázia. Zabýváme se zde oblastmi zmíněnými v teoretické části práce, především pak ve třetí kapitole, věnující se způsobu výchovy. Průzkum byl zaměřen na výchovné působení učitelů a jeho vnímání žáky. Výsledky výzkumu jsou doplněny stručným komentářem. Poslední kapitola praktické části shrnuje výsledky výzkumu a podává doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This dissertation is concerned with the psychological aspects of educating students at high schools. It is separated into two parts ? a theoretical one and a practical one. The introductory chapter of the theoretical part explores education from the perspectives of different teachers and psychologists and specifies the key features. A variety of psychological concepts concerned with education are also explored. The subsequent chapter focuses on the key subjects in education ? the student and the teacher. In terms of the student, attention is paid particularly to the development period, which the student undergoes while at high school. In terms of the teacher, the personal characteristics of the individual, as well as teacher typology are of interest. The theoretical section is concluded with a discussion of the educational processes, procedures and methodologies and their application in order to achieve effective teaching. The practical part is dedicated to the primary research conducted at a Prague grammar school, exploring the influence of educational methods adopted by teachers to educate students. The themes introduced in the theoretical section are examined further, especially the educational processes mentioned in the third chapter. The research focused on investigating the views of the students on how they are being brought up. The results are supplemented with a brief discussion. In the final chapter, research results are summarised and proposals for improving educational practice are presented. |
