| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice epileptických poruch v dětském věku. Práce je rozdělena do 3 částí. V úvodních kapitolách seznamuje čtenáře se základními pojmy a také s historií epileptických poruch, jejich etiologií a epidemiologií. Dále se věnuje jejich diagnostice, léčbě a prognóze. Druhá část práce pojednává o psychických a sociálních aspektech epileptické poruchy a přibližuje také specifika edukace osob s touto poruchou. Praktickou část práce představuje výzkum o úrovni informovanosti učitelů základních škol o problematice epileptických poruch, v této kapitole jsou dále zpracovány 2 kazuistiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with issues of epileptic disorders in the child age. The thesis is divided into 3 parts. The opening chapters inform the readers about basic concepts and about history of epileptic disorders, their etiology and epidemiology. It discusses their diagnostics, therapy and prognosis. The second part of thesis deals with psychological and social aspects of epileptic disorder and it describes specifics of education of persons with this disorder. The practical part of the thesis presents research on the level of knowledge among teachers of primary school on the issues of epileptic disorders, in this chapter are 2 case studies. |
