| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na psychohygienické aspekty, týkající se učitelské profese. Práce je tradičně rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce pojednává o významu psychohygieny a rizikových faktorech, které ohrožují duševní zdraví a ovlivňují tak působení učitele v jeho profesi. Praktickou část práce tvoří výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zmapování dodržování psychohygienických zásad u vzorku devadesáti učitelů tří základní a tří středních škol. Pro získání zjišťovaných informací byl použit dotazník se škálovými otázkami. Výsledky byly analyzovány kvantitativně i kvalitativně a to z hlediska obecných výsledků, výsledků jednotlivých typů škol a druhotně i z hlediska pohlaví. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on psycho-hygienic aspects relating to the teaching profession. The thesis is traditionally divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the importance of psycho-hygiene and the risks which jeopardize the mental health and effect those way the teacher´s activities. The practical part is focused on a research monitoring the observance of the mental-hygienic rules by 90 educators of three primary schools and three secondary schools. To obtain the information collected was used questionnaire which included graded questions. The results were quantitatively and qualitatively analysed in reference to the general outcomes, in case of significant differences we mentioned also the results among the particular type of schools and dissimilarities between male and female respondents. |
