| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci výrobního procesu. V první části jsou teoreticky popsány metody a zásady pro řízení podnikových procesů. V části druhé je pak od přijetí objednávky až po samotnou expedici popsán a zmapován průběh výrobní zakázky přípravku pro střední díl karoserie autobusu NCR ve společnosti MBtech Bohemia s.r.o. v Plzni. Na závěr se práce zabývá možnými návrhy optimalizace této zakázky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of the production process. The first part of the diploma thesis describes the theoretical methods and principles for the management of the business processes. The second part of the thesis describes and maps the course of the production contract of an equipment from receipt of the order to the expedition for the middle part of the NCR bus body in the company MBtech Bohemia ltd in Pilsen. Conclusion covers the possible suggestions of optimization of this contract. |
