| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na cestovní ruch tělesně postižených. Impulsem pro výběr tohoto tématu, bylo zjištění, že se jím málo kdo zabývá a v běžné praxi cestovního ruchu je velmi často opomínáno. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat situaci na trhu cestovního ruchu v České republice, především v oblastech nabídky produktů cestovních kanceláří, ubytování a dopravy. K lepšímu zjištění a zhodnocení těchto oblastí velkou měrou přispěly i skutečné zkušenosti vozíčkářů. Na základě těchto zkušeností a vyhodnocení dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření byly zjištěny různé nedostatky, přičemž nejzávažnější z nich vidí vozíčkáři v nedostatečné informovanosti, jak veřejnosti, tak lidí pracujících v cestovním ruchu, o pomoci při překonávání bariér. I přes výskyt překážek však nejsou vozíčkáři odrazeni a cestují. Proto je zapotřebí neustále zlepšovat podmínky pro cestování handicapovaných. V rámci práce proto byly uvedeny návrhy na možná zlepšení. Nezbývá než doufat, že podobných návrhů bude přibývat a budou realizovány. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on tourism of physically handicapped people. The main reason to choose this topic was the fact that it is very often forgotten to practice tourism for disabled. The aim of this work was to analyze the market situation of tourism in the Czech Republic, especially in the area of travel agencies product offerings, of accommodation and transport. Actual experience of wheelchair users were used to identity and assess these areas better. Based on this experience and the data evaluation obtained from the survey there were identified various shortcomings, the handicapped people consider the most serious especially the each of informed public and people working in tourism to help in overcoming barriers. Despite the presence of obstacles, however, handicapped people are not affraid to travel. Therefore, it is necessary to improve conditions for disabled to travel constantly. In this thesis, suggestions for possible improvements were given. We can only hope that similar proposals will increase and will be implemented. |
