| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nákupní a prodejní strategie. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmy spojené se spotřebním družstevnictvím. Nadále je zde přehled organizací, které napomáhají celkovému rozvoji. V praktické části je charakterizováno vybrané spotřební družstvo ZKD Plzeň včetně jeho možností nákupu od dodavatelů a prodejní strategie. Výstup práce je shrnut v celkovém zhodnocení nákupních a prodejních strategií ZKD Plzeň. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor's thesis deals with buying and selling strategy. The theoretical section of this thesis is focused on concepts of consumer co-operatives. There is also a list of organizations which are conducive to develop consumer co-operatives. The practical section includes the characteristic of the selected consumer cooperative ZKD Plzeň, the possibilities of buying from suppliers and selling strategy. The output of the Bachelor's thesis is summarized in overal assessment of buying and selling strategy of ZKD Plzeň. |
