| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stárnutí obyvatel a důsledků, které tento jev přináší do marketingu. Snaží se zmapovat životní styl, chování i potenciál, který v sobě skrývá generace 55+. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. První část se zabývá demografickým vývojem a strukturou obyvatel. Druhá část je zaměřena na chování klientů. Následující část je věnována výzkumům zaměřených na starší generace. Dále je v této práci definován marketing finančních služeb a bankovní prostředí České republiky. Závěr je věnován analýze klientů České spořitelny, kterým je nad 55 let, a marketingové komunikaci cílené na generaci 55+. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the population ageing and the impact which this phenomenon has on marketing. It seeks to map the lifestyle, behaviour and the hidden potential of the 55+ generation. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part deals with demographic trends and population structure. The second part focuses on the behaviour of clients. The following chapter deals with a research aimed at the older generations. Furthermore, the thesis defines the marketing of financial services and the banking environment in the Czech Republic. The conclusion addresses the analysis of clients of Česká spořitelna who are over 55 years old and the marketing communication targeted to the 55 + generation. |
