| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma Zhodnocení dosavadních důsledků vstupu ČR do EU je zaměřena na jeden z nejvýznamnějších důsledků pro ČR - realizaci politiky hospodářské, sociální a územní soudržnosti. Cílem této práce je charakteristika a zhodnocení zapojení ČR do politiky soudržnosti EU s důrazem na současnou realizaci této politiky v České republice a na příkladu vybraného regionu ukázat dopady realizace uvedené politiky v praxi. Práce je rozdělena na pět částí, kdy první z nich vysvětluje pojem mezinárodní ekonomická integrace, stupně integrace a zahrnuje dále realizaci ekonomické integrace v Evropě. Dále první část charakterizuje Evropskou unii včetně jednotného trhu, cílů, politik a rozpočtu. Druhá část uvádí stručné zhodnocení důsledků vstupu ČR do EU vyplývající z fungování jednotného trhu a rozpočtové politiky. Třetí část se věnuje definování politiky hospodářské, sociální a územní soudržnosti EU se zaměřením na programové období 2007-2013. Následující nejrozsáhlejší část pojednává o realizaci politiky soudržnosti na území ČR, kde jsou uvedeny dopady realizace této politiky v ČR v období 2004-2006. Z největší části je zde popsáno hodnocení současného programového období 2007-2013 s objasněním aktuální problematiky čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů EU. Závěr práce je věnován dopadům realizace politiky soudržnosti na město Blovice, které je hodnoceno z pohledu příjemce prostředků ze strukturálních fondů. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis with the title of Evaluation of existing consequences of the Czech Republic joining the European Union is focused on one of the most significant consequences for the Czech Republic - realization of economic, social and territorial cohesion. The main goal of this work is to characterize and evaluate the Czech Republic joining cohesion policy of the EU, with emphasis on the current realization of this policy in the Czech Republic and to show the impact of realization of that policy in practice on the example of chosen region. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first of them explains a concept of international economic integration, degrees of integration and also includes the realization of economic integration in Europe. Further the first part characterizes the European Union including its single market, aims, policies and budget. The second part introduces a brief evaluation of the consequences when the Czech Republic came to the EU following from the functioning of the single market and fiscal policy. The third part is dedicated to the definition of economic, social and territorial cohesion of the EU, focusing on the financial period 2007-2013. The following part is the most extensive one describing the realization of cohesion policy in the Czech Republic where the impact of realization of this policy in the Czech Republic from 2004 to 2006 is showed. Most of all it´s aimed at the assessment of the current period 2007-2013 with a clarification of present issues in drawing of financial sources from the EU funds. The last part is concerned with the impact of implemented cohesion policy in the town Blovice which is evaluated from a view of getting sources from the EU funds. |
