| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na komparaci aktivit vybraných podniků na Facebooku. V teoretické části jsou obsaženy základní definice nezbytné pro pochopení internetového marketingu a marketingu na sociálních sítích. Dále pak následuje krátké představení základních marketingových nástrojů na sociálních sítích. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány základní charakteristiky marketingu na sociálních sítích finančních institucí. V praktické části je nejprve představena metodika komparace a její vyhodnocení. Poté následuje vyhodnocení marketingových aktivit jednotlivých finančních institucí společně s jejich stručným představením. V závěru jsou shrnuta doporučení plynoucí z poznatků z části komparace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The paper is focused on comparison of selected business activities on Facebook. In the theoretical section provides basic definitions necessary for the understanding of internet marketing and marketing on social networks. Then followed by a brief presentation of the basic tools of marketing on social networks. At the end of the theoretical part describes the basic characteristics of marketing on social networks of financial institutions. In the practical part is first introduced to the methodology of comparison and evaluation. This is followed by the evaluation of marketing activities of individual financial institutions together with their brief introduction. The conclusion summarizes the recommendations arising from the findings of the comparison. |
