| Abstract: | V předložené bakalářské práci se autorka zaměřila na cestovní ruch ve Skandinávii. Cílem této práce bylo představit tuto destinace jako turisticky atraktivní oblast cestovního ruchu. V rámci toho byla zmíněna národní kultura a také tradice, jež významně ovlivňují strukturu cestovního ruchu na tomto území. Pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu mystery shopping byla zjišťována kvalita služeb v informačních centrech, díky čemuž bylo možné navrhnout doporučení pro vyšetřovaná infocentra. Dále byla zhodnocena také nabídka a kvalita dopravních služeb na území Skandinávie. V závěru práce autorka navrhla zlepšující opatření pro české cestovní kanceláře a agentury. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the presented bachelor thesis the author focused on tourism in Scandinavia. The aim of this thesis was to present this destination as a touristic attractive area for tourism. Within this paper, national culture and habits were discussed and also influence of culture on tourism structure was showed. By using qualitative research called mystery shopping was examined the quality of services in tourist information centers. Thanks to this research, the author could suggest recommendations for examined tourist information centers. Further the offer and quality of transport services in Scandinavia was evaluated. In the end of this thesis the author suggested improving arrangements for Czech travel agents. |
