| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá definováním pojmu public relations (PR) a analýzou public relations ve vybrané malé firmě. Teoretická část se věnuje rozboru PR, jeho částmi a nástroji. V praktické části jsou popsány komunikační aktivity vybrané firmy a provedení šetření mezi širokou veřejností a zaměstnanci firmy. Cílem této analýzy je zjištění povědomí o PR mezi veřejností a zaměstnanci vybrané firmy. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat současný stav PR a navrhnout vlastní návrhy na zlepšení komunikace a vztahů mezi firmou a interní i externí veřejností. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the definition of the concept of public relations (PR) and analysis of public relations in selected small company. The theoretical part is devoted to an analysis of PR, its parts or tools. The practical part describes the communication activities of selected company and carries out an investigation among the general public and employees of the company. The aim of this analysis is to determine awareness of PR between the public and employees of the selected company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the current state of PR and design own suggestions to improve communication and relationships between the company and the internal and external public. |
