| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářská práce bylo charakterizovat ekonomickou pomoc České republiky a Evropské unie rozvojovým zemím. V první části jsou uvedena kritéria, dle jakých lze členit země světa na rozvojové a rozvinuté. Dále se práce zabývá dokumenty, které upravují legislativní činnosti EU a ČR při poskytování rozvojové spolupráce a humanitární pomocí. V další části se práce podrobněji zabývá rozvojovou spoluprací a humanitární pomocí poskytovanou Českou republikou. Jsou zde definovány pojmy ?rozvojová spolupráce" a ?humanitární pomoc" následuje rozbor možných způsobů poskytnutí spolupráce a na základě tohoto rozboru se pak práce věnuje především dvoustranné rozvojové spolupráci a prioritním zemím s programem spolupráce. Následuje kapitola zabývající se rozvojovou spoluprací a humanitární pomocí poskytovanou Evropskou unií. Zbytek práce se zabývá finančním rámcem rozvojové spolupráce EU a ČR a následným zhodnocením rozvojové spolupráce ČR s prioritními zeměmi s programem spolupráce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is charakterize Economic aid from the Czech Republic and European Union to the developing countries. The first part sets out the criteria by which can be divided country in the world in developing and developer. The work deals with the documents governing the legislative activities of the EU and the Czech Republic to the provision of development cooperation and humanitarian aid. The next section deals in detail with development cooperation and humanitarian assistance provided by the Czech Republic. There are here defined what the concepts of "development cooperation" and "humanitarian aid" means, followed by an analysis of possible ways to provide cooperation and on the basis of this analysis, it is focused primarily bilateral development cooperation and priority countries with cooperation program. The following chapter dealing with development cooperation and humanitarian assistance provided by the European Union. The rest of the work deals with the financial framework of development cooperation between the EU and the Czech Republic and the subsequent evaluation of development cooperation with priority countries with cooperation program. |
