| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou života ukrajinských pracovních migrantů na českém trhu práce. Mým hlavním cílem bylo identifikovat "strategie přežití", které si migranti utvářejí v rámci každodenního života na české trhu práce. V práci je použita kvalitativní metodologie sociologického výzkumu. V praktické části této práce se v rámci tématické analýzy snažím identifikovat klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují život a existenci těchto pracovních migrantů na zdejším trhu práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my bachelor's thesis I focus on the life of Ukrainian labor migrants on the Czech labor market. My main goal was to identify the "survival strategy" by the migrants make up the everyday life of the Czech labor market. The authors used qualitative methodology of sociological research. In the practical part of this work under the thematic analysis trying to identify the key factors that affect the life and existence of migrant workers in the local labor market. |
