| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá rolí médií v procesu integrace skupiny Indů pracujících ve společnosti DHL IT services. Práce zjišťuje postoj respondentů k integraci, a jejich mediální chování. Skrze teoretické přístupy týkající se strukturálním funkcionalismem analyzuje, zda média skutečně k integraci migrantů do společnosti hostitelské země napomáhají či ne. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work focuses on the role of media in the process of integration of group of Indians working for DHL IT Services. The aim of the work is to analyze the attitude of the respondents towards integration into the society of the hosting country, it also analyses the medial habits of the respondents. Through theory of functionalism the work analyses if the media usage helps to integrate into the society of the hosting country or not. |
