| Abstract: | Téma diplomové práce je zjištění a srovnání aktuální úrovně tělesné zdatnosti žáků 6. a 7. tříd s rozšířenou výukou tělesné výchovy a nesportovních tříd ZŠ Jižní předměstí Rokycany pomocí Unifittestu. Cílem je zjištění a srovnání aktuální úrovně tělesné zdatnosti žáků 6. a 7. tříd s rozšířenou výukou tělesné výchovy a nesportovních tříd ZŠ Jižní předměstí Rokycany pomocí Unifittestu. Na základě sběru dat, motorického testování a dotazníkového šetření, jsem získala potřebné informace k vyhodnocení vlastního výzkumu. Výsledkem je přehled o aktuální tělesné zdatnosti žáků 6. a 7. tříd s rozšířenou výukou tělesné výchovy a nesportovních tříd ZŠ Jižní předměstí Rokycany. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis theme is a finding and a subsequent comparison of the research of a physical abilities and proficiency of pupils of 6 and 7 elementary school grade with extended teaching of physical education and without such an extended teaching. The research was carried out by using of the Unifittest. The aim is to identify and compare the current level of physical state of general fitness proficiency of the monitored pupils who attend the elementary school ZŠ Jižní předměstí in Rokycany. On the basis of the collected information, the motoric activities and skills test results and a questionnaire survey, I obtained the necessary information to evaluate my own research. The result is an overview about the current physical fitness abilitites and proficiency of students of 6 and 7 classes with the extended physical education lessons and without the extended lessons. |
