| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kvalitu života rodičů dětí s poruchou autistického spektra. Práce obsahuje část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části mé práce se nachází čtyři hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola popisuje poruchy autistického spektra, jejich historický vývoj, charakteristiku jednotlivých poruch a triádu problémových oblastí. Druhá kapitola je věnována rodině, jejímu fungování, základním strukturám a funkcím. V kapitole třetí se zabývám problematikou rodiny s postiženým dítětem a nakonec v kapitole poslední se věnuji rodině dítěte s autismem. V této kapitole se nachází reakce rodičů na sdělení diagnózy, sourozenecká problematika a vůbec soužití s autistickým jedincem. Praktickou částí je kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný formou rozhovorů s rodiči dětí s autismem. Rozhovory jsem dále doplnila dotazníkem SQUALA, taktéž vyplněným rodiči. Cílem výzkumu je zmapovat kvalitu života těchto rodičů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the quality of life of the parents with children with autism. Thesis contains theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there are four main chapters. First chapter is describing the autism spectrum disorder, its historical progress, characteristics of disorders and the triad of the problematical regions. Second chapter belongs to family, its functioning, base structures and functions. In third chapter thesis deals with the problematics of family with children with the disorder. In the last chapter thesis deals with problematics of family with child with the autism spectrum disorder. In this chapter there are reactions of parents after the diagnosis, problematics of sibling and living with individual with autism spectrum disorder. Practical part is the qualitative research realized by dialogues with parents with child with autism. Parents have also completed the SQUALA questionnaires. Target of the research is to map the quality of life of the parents with child with autism. |
