| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma ?Ochrana práv pacientů v České republice? podává přehled o současné právní úpravě dané problematiky. Po teoretickém úvodu, kde se autor zabývá vztahem lékaře a pacienta, etikou a morálkou, je pozornost věnována zásadám medicínského práva (především lege artis). Následně autor podrobně popisuje nejdiskutovanější práva pacientů z pohledu zákona o zdravotních službách a jejich možnou ochranu. Prezentována je také odpovědnostní stránka vztahu lékaře a pacienta a ochrana zdravotníků a poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb. |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma thesis deals with the ?Protection of Patients´ Rights in the Czech Republic? in contemporary legal system. After theoretical overview of relationship between physician and patient and ethics, the attention is devoted to the principles of medical law (mainly lege artis). Consequently most discussed rights and their protection are mentioned in detail (according to the Act on Health Services). Also responsibility in the relationship between physician and patient is mentioned as well as protection of medical staffer and health services providers is involved. |
