| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat problematiku krizového řízení, jeho nástroje a způsoby řešení krizové situace. Teoretická část práce objasňuje základní teoretická východiska problematiky krizového řízení, soustřeďuje se na zjištění příčin krize, určení její povahy a fáze, ve které se podnik nachází. Empirická část popisuje proces krizového řízení v konkrétním podniku (SP a. s.), přičemž hlavní důraz je kladen na identifikaci příčin krize, její řešení a analýzu vybraných finančních ukazatelů. Součástí praktické části je i návrh budoucí podnikové strategie na základě marketingových nástrojů (SWOT analýza). |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the area of crisis management, its tools and methods of solution of crisis situations. The theoretical part centres around elementary theoretical background of crisis management, focusing on the process of crisis identification, identification of its causes, nature and the phases a company goes through. The practical part describes the process of crisis management in a specific company (SP Plc.), with emphasis on identification of crisis causes, its solution and the analysis of selected financial indicators. Additionally, the part includes practical suggestions of corporate business strategy based on marketing tools (SWOT analysis). |
