| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení ekonomické situace společnosti BOS Automotive Products CZ s. r. o. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika finanční analýzy a jednotlivé metody, které tato analýza používá včetně uvedených vzorců pro výpočty ukazatelů. Nejvíce se zde finanční analýza zaměřuje na horizontální a vertikální analýzu účetních výkazů a na výpočet poměrových ukazatelů (rentabilita, aktivita, likvidita, zadluženost). V praktické části je charakterizována společnost BOS Automotive Products CZ s. r. o., dále jsou zde vypočteny jednotlivé ukazatele již zmíněné v teoretické části a interpretovány jejich výsledky. Ke zpracování praktické části byly použity účetní výkazy uvedeného podniku za období 2007 - 2011 spolu s interními materiály podniku. Závěrem je celkově zhodnocena ekonomická situace podniku a jsou stanoveny návrhy na její zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of economic situation of BOS Automotive Products CZ s. r. o. It consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of financial analysis and particular methods which this analysis uses including figures for calculation of indices. Financial analysis is here used mainly for horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and calculation of financial ratios (profitability, activity, liquidity, indebtedness). The practical part describes the company BOS Automotive Products CZ s. r. o., next are calculated particular indices from theoretical part and their results are interpreted. For the practical part have been used financial statements of the company in period 2007 - 2011 together with the internal materials of the company. In conclusion, the economic situation of the company is evaluated and proposals for its improvement are made. |
