| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti, které přináší podnikání formou franchisingu. Tato práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje obecnou charakteristiku franchisingu, základní pojmy spojené s touto formou podnikání a charakteristiku franchisingového trhu v České republice. V praktické části je představen franchisingový řetězec The PUB Franchising s.r.o., jeho fungování a rozvoj tohoto konceptu. Pomocí metody případové studie je analyzována současná situace franchisingového konceptu The PUB a na základě této analýzy je provedeno hodnocení konceptu a navržena zlepšující opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on an opportunity that brings us franchising. This piece of work comprises of both a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains general characteristics of franchising, basic terms connected with this form of business and the characteristics of the franchise market in the Czech Republic. In the practical part the franchise is introduced franchising chain The PUB Franchising s.r.o., his functionality and expansion of this concept. Using a case study method, the current franchising situation of The PUB was analyzed. Based on this analysis, the concept is evaluated and improvement steps are recommended. |
