| Abstract: | Cílem práce s názvem "Adaptace a orientace v organizaci" bylo analyzovat a zhodnotit adaptační proces uplatňovaný ve společnosti Globus ČR, k. s. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První oddíl se zabývá teoretickými poznatky o adaptaci a orientaci. Druhá část představuje metodologii výzkumu. Třetí část je zaměřena na rozbor získaných poznatků, hodnocení adaptačního procesu a návrhy několika drobných vylepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis named "Adaptation and orientation in the organization" was to analyse and to evaluate the adaptation process which is applied at the company Globus ČR, k. s. The thesis is divided into three main parts. First part deals with theoretical information about adaptation and orientation. Second part presents methodology of the research. Third part is focused on the analysis of gained finding, assessment of the adaptation process and minor suggestions for improvement. |
