| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá realizací regionální a strukturální politiky EU v aplikaci na konkrétní podnik. První část práce představuje podstatu strukturální politiky EU a současné programové období 2007 ? 2013. Dále jsou definovány požadavky na dotované projekty v podobě principů regionální politiky EU a fází projektového cyklu. Druhá polovina práce analyzuje možnosti a zkušenosti s využíváním nástrojů strukturální politiky v konkrétním podniku. Na základě SWOT analýzy zaměřené na problematiku dotačního řízení jsou pojmenovány slabé stránky firmy a následně navrženo řešení pro efektivnější využívání nástrojů strukturální politiky v podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of regional and structural policy in the concrete company. The first part represents the essence of EU structural policy and the current programming period 2007 - 2013. Further defined the requirements for subsidized projects in the form of EU regional policy principles and stages of the project cycle. The second half analyzes the possibilities and experience in the use of structural policies in a concrete company. Based on the SWOT analysis focused on the issue of subsidy proceedings are named weaknesses of the company and then propose solutions to more efficient use of structural policy in the enterprise. |
