| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá historií soudní moci a úpravou přísedícího od roku 1918. Dále se ve stěžejní části věnuje pojmu soudcovské nezávislosti a nezávislosti soudce. Významnou částí práce je i popis jednotlivých záruk soudcovské nezávislosti a nezávislosti soudce. Kromě toho popisuje vhodné psychologické a osobnostní aspekty, které by měl soudce a přísedící splňovat. Závěr práce je věnován ústavním zárukám nezávislosti vybraných států. Jsou jimi Spolková republika Německo, Polská republika a Slovenská republika. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work deals with the history of the judiciary and modifying an observer since 1918. Furthermore, in the core of the concept of judicial independence pays and independence of judges. An important part of the work is a description of the individual guarantees of judicial independence and the independence of judges. In addition, it describes appropriate psychological and personality aspects that should be judge and juror meet. The end of the constitutional guarantees of the independence of selected states. They are the Federal Republic of Germany, Poland and the Slovak Republic. |
