| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je, na základě práce s dostupnou literaturou, stanovit jak se měnila role sester od počátku 20. století po současnost. Práce vychází ze znalostí současných rolí sestry a na základě těchto skutečností a mnoha dalších faktorů, jako je postavení žen ve společnosti, politická situace v zemi či stav medicíny a ošetřovatelství, jsou role současné sestry srovnávány s rolí sestry v jednotlivých časových osách od dob první republiky až po současnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of this thesis is, based on work with the available titerature, to determine how the role of nurse has been changing since the early 20th century until the present time. My work is based on the knowledge of the current roles of the nurse and and on the basis of these facts, and many other factors such as the position of women in society, the political situation in the country, the state of medicine and nursing, etc., the roles of a nowadays nurse are being compared with the nurses´roles in different timelines since the first republic until now. |
