| Abstract: | Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů vztahujících se k tématu práce, jako jsou duševní zdraví, duševní hygiena a supervize. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou prezentovány ptůběh a výsledky výzkumného šetření. V rámci výzkumné sondy byla aplikována explorační metoda výzkumu - dotazník. Statistické metdy byly užity s ohledem na stanovené cíle výzkumného šetření. Všechna získaná data byla vyhodnocena za pomoci popisné statistiky, hypotézy pak byly ověřovány na základě testovací statistiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on explanation of concepts related to the topic of work, such as mental health, mental hygiene and supervision. In the practical part of the thesis presents the progress and results of the research. In terms of research probe method was applied exploratory research - questionnaire. Statistical methods were used with regard to the objectives of the research. All otained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, hypotheses were then tested on the basis of the test statistics. |
