| Abstract: | Bakalářská na téma Analgosedace v PNP pojednává o možnostech aplikace analgetik a sedativ v přednemocniční péči. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje analgosedaci jako takovou, její indikace, potřebnou monitoraci a kombinace léčiv. Dále pojednává o bolesti, farmakologii jednotlivých skupin léčiv využívaných při analgosedaci a v neposlední řadě i o způsobech podávání analgosedace. Praktická část zkoumá reálné podávání analgosedace v přednemocniční péči. K výzkumu byla použita dokumentace ZZS PK. Zkoumanými parametry byl věk, pohlaví, stav vědomí, tlak, puls, staurace krve kyslíkem, způsob podání farmak, potřebné zajištění dýchacích cest, diagnózy, které vedly k podání analgosedace a konkrétní kombinace léčiv u jednotlivých diagnóz. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis conscious sedation in the prehospital emergency care discusses the possibilities of application of analgetics and sedatives in prehospital care. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the sedation itself, it´s indications, the necessary monitoring and combination drugs. It also deals with pain, pharmacology of individual groups of drugs used in sedation and how to use sedation. The practical part examines the real use of conscious sedation in prehospital care. Documentation of Emergency Medical Services of Pilsen region was used for the research. Parameters studied were age, sex, state of consciousness, pressure, pulse, blood, oxygen saturation, method of administration of drugs, required security of respirátory tracts,diagnosis, leading to sedation and administration of specific combination of drugs for individual diagnoses. |
