| dc.description.abstract | Výzkum, který byl podkladem k této bakalářské práci, probíhal v letech 2011-2012 a sledovaným územím byl Plzeňský kraj. Monitorováno bylo 29 toků a na nich celkem 63 dílčích lokalit. Z toho nebyl na dvou tocích (4 úseky) nalezen žádný zástupce druhu rak kamenáč (Austropotamobius torrentium, Schrank, 1803) v žádném roce sledování a na jednom toku (3 úseky) vyhynula račí populace začátkem roku 2012. Celkem bylo odchyceno a vyhodnoceno 1848 jedinců, 1070 v prvním roce a 778 v druhém roce výzkumu. Data z roku 2011 byla poskytnuta RNDr. Pavlem Vlachem, Ph.D. Osobní monitoring byl proveden v roce 2012 ve spolupráci a pod dohledem školitele na 20 tocích. Odchyt byl proveden ručně na stanovených 100 m na délce toku a prohledáno bylo 100 potenciálních úkrytů. Poměr pohlaví byl stanoven jako poměr počtu samců k celkovému počtu samců a samic. V roce 2011 se pohyboval v rozmezí od 0,394 do 0,704. V roce 2012 bylo toto rozmezí od 0,465 do 0,6. Délková struktura při porovnávání jednotlivých toků pomocí ?2 testu mezi roky 2011 a 2012 se signifikantně lišila pouze na 2 tocích. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The research, which was the basis of this work, was conducted in Pilsen Region in the years 2011-2012.29 streams were monitored with their 63 sections. On two streams (4 sections), there was no representative of the species Austropotamobius torrentium in any year of this monitoring. Population of crayfish became extinct in one stream (3 sections) at the beginning of year 2012. 1848 individuals were caught and evaluated (1070 during the firs year and 778 in the second year of research). Data from the year 2011 was given by RNDr. Pavel Vlach, Ph.D. Personal monitoring in the year 2012 was conducted in cooperation with and under supervision trainer at 20 streams. Crayfish were caught manually within 100 m of the lenght of a stream. 100 potential hiding places were searched. Sex ratio was determined as the ratio of males and sum of males and females. Sex ratio in 2011 ranged between 0,394 and 0,704. In 2012 it was 0,456-0,6. Linear structure between years 2011 and 2012 was significantly different only for 2 streams (Chi-square test). | en |
